The keys to the apartments are to be collected at Oficina alquileres Peñiscola located at C/Irta 3 Edificio Forner. Tel: +34 964482065. Guests can check in from Monday to Saturday from 5 pm until 8 pm, and on Sundays from 10 am until 1 pm. If clients wish to arrive outside the indicated timeframe, they should contact their travel agency a minimum of 3 days in advance in order for the complex to be informed. A supplementary payment is required for late arrivals. If a late arrival is not confirmed by the apartment agency, the travel agency cannot expect to receive the keys. Pets are not allowed. The apartments are cleaned prior to arrival. Towels and sheets are not included. Sheets can be rented (payment on-site). There is a compulsory deposit. The swimming pool is only open in the summer season.
